Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Destinations
We ship within Canada and to select international destinations.
Please note: Due to customs complications, we are currently unable to ship to Spain.
Shipping to certain countries such as Italy, Brazil, Mexico, India, Russia, China, and South Africa may involve extended customs delays or additional fees. Please review your local customs policies before ordering.

 

Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times start after order fulfillment and vary depending on the destination:
Canada: 4–7 business days
USA: 5–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and do not account for potential customs delays or carrier issues.

 

Postal Service Disruptions
Postal services and carriers may occasionally experience delays due to holidays, strikes, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. These are beyond our control and may impact delivery timelines.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Due to recent changes in import regulations (including the removal of the U.S. de minimis exemption), shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand potential charges before placing your order.

 

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details if available.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
If your package is lost or confirmed undeliverable by the carrier, please contact us so we can assist.
Shipping fees are not refundable for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for packages refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs or import fees.

 

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Returned or Refused Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unpaid customs/duties will be refunded for the product cost only, once received back in unopened and undamaged condition.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any additional shipping charges, return fees, or brokerage costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

 

PO Boxes and Alternative Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes within Canada.
For international orders, please confirm your local postal service accepts delivery to PO Boxes, as some couriers do not deliver to them.

 

Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

 

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties. Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to shipping.

 

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

 

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Ontario courts.
