We ship within Canada and internationally to most countries.

Please note: Due to customs complications, we are currently unable to ship to Spain.

Shipping to certain countries such as Italy, Brazil, Mexico, India, Russia, China, and South Africa may involve extended customs delays or additional fees. Please review your local customs policies before ordering.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times start after order fulfillment and vary depending on the destination:

Canada: 4–7 business days

USA: 5–14 business days

International: 10–21 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and do not account for potential customs delays or carrier issues.
Postal Service Disruptions
Please note that postal services and carriers occasionally experience delays or disruptions due to holidays, strikes, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. These delays are beyond our control and may impact your delivery timeframe.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details if they have been made available by the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.

If your package is lost or confirmed undeliverable by the carrier, please contact us so we can assist.

Shipping fees are not refundable for lost or stolen packages.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returned or Refused Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or customs issues will be refunded for the product cost once we receive them back in good condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
PO Boxes and Alternative Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes within Canada.

For international orders, please confirm your local postal service accepts delivery to PO Boxes, as some couriers do not deliver to them.
Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties. Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to shipping.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.
Governing Law
This shipping policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes related to shipping shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
