Each scale is professionally printed on durable, water-resistant 10 pt plastic and customized to coordinate with your practice branding. Unlike traditional cardstock scales that can absorb moisture, soften or deform during intraoral use, the plastic material helps maintain the scale's shape and readability throughout the assessment.
 
With full-colour printing available on both sides, your scales can incorporate your logo, practice name, brand colours and other simple branding elements for a clinical tool that feels completely your own.

These scales can be used when obtaining measurements such as maximum interincisal opening, tongue-to-spot, tongue suction measurements and other functional oral range-of-motion measurements used within your scope of practice.

First Order – New Custom Design
Choose this option if we have not previously created a Range of Motion Scale for your practice.
Your first order includes a one-time $149 custom design fee. We'll customize your scale with your practice branding and send you a digital proof for approval before printing. One round of minor revisions is included.
Once your design is approved, we'll keep it on file for future orders. You will not pay the $149 design fee again when reordering the same design.
Reorder – Existing Design, No Changes
Already have an approved Range of Motion Scale design on file with Airways Academy? Choose this option to have your existing design printed exactly as previously approved.
No additional design fee applies.
Reorder – Existing Design + Minor Changes
Choose this option if you already have an approved design on file but need a small update before your next print run. A $35 artwork update fee is included in the price.
Minor changes may include updates to your contact information, logo, colours or other small design details. Significant changes to the overall layout or design may require a new custom design.

Larger quantities provide a lower cost per scale, making them ideal for higher-volume and multi-provider practices.
 
How Customization Works
After placing your first order, we'll contact you to collect your logo, brand colours, practice information and customization preferences.
We'll create your custom scale and send you a digital proof for approval before printing. One round of minor revisions is included with your initial design.
Once approved, your scales will be professionally printed and shipped to you.
For future orders, simply select the appropriate Reorder option and your desired quantity.
 
Important Information
These scales are intended for single-patient use only and should be discarded after use. They are not designed to be sterilized, autoclaved, disinfected for reuse or used between patients.
Water resistance helps the scale maintain its integrity during intraoral use; it does not make the product reusable.
 
Because each order is customized and produced specifically for your practice, custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or you experience another issue, please contact us so we can help.
