Need help with your exercises? Let’s fix it together. This 30-minute coaching session is designed EXCLUSIVELY for families currently enrolled in our Foundations or Early Start program who could use a little extra support. Whether you're unsure if you're doing an exercise correctly, need help building a routine, or just want reassurance that you're on the right track — we're here to guide you. We’ll review your concerns, offer tips or tweaks, and make sure you feel confident moving forward. ✅ Personalized guidance ✅ Troubleshooting tricky exercises ✅ Motivation + encouragement ✅ For current program members only (*if you are not on a program already, join one first or book a guidance call)
Cancellation Policy
Program Support Video Call – Terms & Conditions Purpose of the Call Our support video calls are designed to provide general guidance, motivation, and clarification of exercises within your paid program. These calls are not medical consultations, evaluations, or treatment sessions. If you have new concerns or need a clinical evaluation, please contact a qualified healthcare provider. Booking & Payment Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, and rescheduling will be offered at our discretion. Eligibility This video call is available only to participants actively enrolled in a paid program. If you are not enrolled in a paid program, you must register for one before accessing support calls. No evaluation is required for these calls. Cancellation & Rescheduling 🚫 Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. No-shows and late cancellations may result in the call being forfeited, and payment will not be refunded. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you are more than 10 minutes late, the call may be shortened to fit within the original timeframe. If you do not attend the call, it will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Recommendations are for informational purposes and should not replace consultation with a healthcare professional. If you are located outside Ontario, Canada, please note that we do not provide evaluations or treatment services. Technology & Communication Calls will be conducted via video conferencing. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment.
